Lean, 5S and Standard Work: 1/2 to 5 days

A classroom and hands-on workshop covering the concepts and application of Lean, 5S and Standard Work, in preparation for on-floor implementation of improvements. Simplified (familiarity) or deeper training and deployment options are offered for service and manufacturing operations.

With a mix of customized exercises followed on a real, and real-time, facilitated project ensure the participants are successfuly guided throughout the learning exercise as they leave the company with streamlined process(es).
